What the price includes, and what can never be added to it

Crawler traffic is never billed
The AI assistants this product exists to report on are recorded and shown to you, then excluded from your event count. Charging for them would be perverse.
Your price never rises
The figure you subscribe at is the figure you keep for as long as that subscription runs. If we raise prices later it applies to new subscriptions only.
No overage charges, ever
Go past your step and nothing breaks and nothing is dropped. We email you, and if it keeps happening we ask you to move up a rung. Nothing appears on the invoice unannounced.

The AI crawler panel, public dashboards, the API, the CLI and MCP are on both tiers at every step. Tiers change how many sites and people you get, not what the product does.
No ads, no reselling your traffic
There is no free tier because there is no second revenue stream. You are the customer, which is the only arrangement where our incentives and yours point the same way.
Data stored in the EU
Your visitors' data stays in the EU, with no cookies set and no cross-site identifiers. That is what makes the missing cookie banner legitimate rather than a gamble.
The questions people actually ask
Including the ones whose honest answer costs us the sale.
- What counts as an event?
- A pageview, or a custom event you send yourself. Requests from crawlers — including the AI assistants TrueStat reports on — are stored and shown to you, but never billed. They are why you are here, so charging for them would be perverse.
- What happens if I go over my events for a month?
- Nothing breaks and nothing is dropped: collection keeps running and the overage shows on your dashboard. We email you, and if it happens twice in a row we ask you to move up a step on the slider. There is no surprise overage charge on the invoice.
- Can I change my traffic step later?
- Yes, in both directions, from the billing screen. Moving up takes effect immediately and is prorated; moving down applies at your next renewal so you are never charged twice for the same month.
- Do prices change under me?
- No. The price you subscribe at is the price you keep for as long as that subscription runs. If we raise prices later that applies to new subscriptions only, and your billing page keeps showing the figure you actually signed up at.
- What is only on Pro?
- Three things, and only three: room for 30 sites instead of 1, 30 people instead of 1, and a longer history. Every feature is on both tiers — the AI crawler panel, public dashboards, the API, the CLI and MCP. If you run one site by yourself, Starter is genuinely the right choice and we would rather you stayed on it.
- Is there a trial?
- Yes — 14 days on the entry plan, and we do not ask for a card. There is no free tier afterwards. Installation is a single script tag, so you will know inside a day whether the AI visibility panel tells you anything you did not already know.
